The secretary reported that he bid notified the coealttee thet Clldden*a new wtting additive did not appear to be ocopetible with the TT-P-*Sa, Type IT Paint (L.I.A. Hoe. 2607 and 2606) and reocoaended it be excluded frosi the project*
After eoae discussion, the coodttee felt that thle paint, lnaaaoch ae It le a specification paint, should be Included, and requested Mr. Shots to atteep* to prepare paint L.I.A. Mos. 2607 and 2606.
