This is to inform you that the result of your vinyl chloride excursion sample on August 17, 1981, while disconnecting ship Belice was 53.3 PPM which is above the ceiling of 5 PPM.
There was a leak around flange gasket at end of load arm and vapors and liquid were seen coming from vent line upon disconnect. Breathing air was used.
You may make arrangements with our Medical Department for a physical if you so desire.
