On behalf of AACPP's Board of Directors, I invite you to attend the Association's 12th Annual Meeting and Industry Conference, April 1-4, 1984, at Marriott's Mountain Shadows in Scottsdale, Arizona.
Staff is busy lining up speakers and putting the final touchs on this year's Industry Conference ... VIBRATIONS '84 ... which through happenstance rather than by design does include the spectre of ''big brother" i.e., OSHA/EPA regulations. A final program will be forwarded to all registrants of record one (1) month in advance of the meeting.
A Schedule of Events is enclosed along with a meeting registration form. To ensure room accommodations, please complete the registration form and return with the appropriate registration fee to AACPP no later than February 10, 1984. Requests for room reservations received after the cut-off date will be honored only as space availability permits. Don't delay... register today!
AACPP's Associate and Affiliate members should note th'at the International Affairs Committee is scheduled to meet on Sunday afternoon, April 1, 1984 and plan their arrival accordingly, i.e. before noon Sunday or Saturday evening, March 31, 1984.
Finally, even if you can not attend, please so indicate and return the registration form by the reply date. This simple expedient will greatly minimize Staff follow up on no responses.

1. This report is to be forwarded to A/C PIPE PRODUCERS ASSOCIATION (hereinafter referred to as the "Association"). Attention of Executive Director, Suite 1113, Universal Building, North, 1075 Connecticut Avenue, N.M., Washington, D.C. P0009 within 45 days following the month for which the report is made.
This report and the information contained in it will be kept confidential by the Asso ciation. The data regarding shipments contained in this report will be consolidated with similar data for the same month from other reporting companies. Only the totals for each category will be reported by the Association, No totals will be reported by the Association for any category until such time as at least three companies have reported shipments in such category for a period of three consecutive months.
2. Do not include in your report shipments by your company to other AACPP members. Pro
ducts shipped by your.company to another AACPP member will be reported by that member
upon shipment by it.

3. For purposes of this report PRESSURE pipe is defined as ASBESTOS-CEMENT pipe which ns in conformance with CLASS 100, 150, and 200 specifications and which is shipped to a final destination within the continental U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii.

4. SHIPMENTS for purposes of this report mean FOOiAGE shipped in thousands of feet.
5. For purposes of this report: (a) Monthly EQUIVALENT TONNAGE means tons equivalent to
total footage of 4-inch thru 16-inch pressure pipe shipped to all regions regardless
. of Class and/or diameter, (b) GROSS AGGREGATE TONNAGE means total monthly tonnage of
all domestic A/C pipe shipments.
