"if Attached is a copy of a memorandum from Mr. Chanzis dated March 16, 1976 relating to the decision of Travelers not to renew its coverage of insurance for Railroad Friction Products Corporation. The basic $1,000,000 coverage will expire July 1, 1976; the increased coverage to $10,000,000 which became effective April 1, 1975 will expire April 1, 1976. The decision of Travelers is based upon the asbestos content the COBRA shoes;/Travelers has decided as a matter of policy to insure any products with asbestos content.
