Our commitment to visit Iowa still stands and we look forward to spending time with you all. Given the uncertainty with the various schedules, I am recommending we postpone August 8th to find a date that would be inclusive of the entire group. I think it would be best if we work together to find a few dates where we can find general consensus. Sooner rather than later would be best. Does that work for everyone? We're all set for August 8min Polk County. There is an event I believe around the lunch hour in Cedar Rapids if we can try to accommodate the other members of'the delegation, otherwise we're all good to move forward. As you know, the tentative date is August 8th. Visiting the state is a priority of Administrator Wheeler; however, we are receiving conflicting messages about the location of a potential visit based on the various schedules. Based on the feedback and availability we initially received, we were planning to visit the Cedar Rapids area but understand this is no longer the delegation's wish. I am putting everyone on one note so we can ensure we can better coordinate the visit. We look forward to working with all of the offices to visit with your boss' and their constituents.
