Kehoe, Dear Dr. Kehoe: Thanks for your letter of April 21st enclosing report from Sieb on the storage of ETHYL fluid by the Aetna Oil Service refinery at Louisville. I am afraid that I will have to accept the full responsibility for this matter and my only excuse is that I didn't thinks sufficiently about it. This company owed us a substan tial sum of money and we didn't want to give them any more credit. They wanted to save the excess freight on small less than carload shipments. A full carload of 44 drums would last them about six months. They suggested warehousing them and we agreed, not giving a thought to your regulations that ETHYL fluid can only be stored at regular mixing installation points.
