In connection with the subject contract. This was done at the request of your people at the job site. Under the terms of our Hester Contract Agreement, this payroll work Is a performance of your job site personnel. Our doing this work has added extra expenses to our field operation and for which the current fee is not sufficient reimbursement to us. The total payroll expensas Incurred for tha ten weeks period amounted to $9*865.00 for which service we feel should reimburse us $986.50 or 10% of the total payroll costs.
