Bryant * I am sending you herewith three copies of a memorandum I have prepared on my visit to the Johnson Bronze Company plant. I have had some trouble finding the time to prepare this report and I believe it Is fairly adequate, and as you vill see, it Is rather voluminous. In It there are fairly adequate instructions to Dr. Perry, and I think you should see to it that it is transmitted to him for examination and study. Inasmuch as I have left with him a great deal of printed typewritten material, very little else should be required. Nevertheless, I am directing a letter to his attention to which I am attaching certain other enclosures. I shall be glad to have you transmit these to him. This covers the situation, I believe. It may be that the memorandum will give rise to a number of questions with reference to details or perhaps in relation to other points that may not have been covered. I should be glad to reply to any such questions. I am also enclosing a bill to cover my services, and this, I trust, will be satisfactory. I am also sending you a note in an envelope marked with the name of Dr. Berg. Unfortunately, I am not sure of his full name or his address, and I would appreciate your marking it properly so it can go to him, if it is incorrect. I sincerely hop that my advice will be regarded as practical and that a sound effort will be made to improve the conditions in the Johnson plant. It may be that they will need a little additional advice from time to time, and if their present efforts are productive, I should be glad to help them out in the future.
