Dr. R. A. Kehoe,
Dear Dr. Kehoe:
By reference to your file you will observe that on
March 16, 1929 we wrote you in regard to a tank wagon driver
by the name of
was working for the
Jenney Manufacturing. Company of Boston. That matter is
to come up before the'Workmen's Compensation Board of
'Boston at 9:15 A.M. on April 8th and Jenney is very anxious
to have you cooperate with them. I told that- organization,
as well as the Walburn people who sell Jenney, that its would
be pleased to do whatever we could to assist.
Walburn hasn't the name of the counsel represent ing Jenney and they would like for you to have a conference prior to the hearing but will furnish you this information just as soon as they get it from Jenney.
They said there -was always a possibility of adjourn ing matters of this kind but they would have at least a week's advance notice in the event of any postponement which of course I will be pleased to pass on to you if I hear any thing about change of date.
I am sorry to have to inconvenience you at a time when
you are undoubtedly extremely busy but this.is one of those
things we can't help and would appreciate anything you may
be able to do to enlighten the Jenney people and your personal
appearance at the hearing.
