Additions in terms of intended used of the manual and reference needs indicated from our collective experience with questions most often asked. Following are the action items decided on during the meeting. 1. Discussions will be held with Supply and Transportion to get review and input concerning manual content. (TGG, DLW) 2. A list of proper shipping descriptions for all products (not just hazardous) will be obtained. The inclusion of these descriptions in the manual will be evaluated. (TGG) 3. The Chemtrec and Emergency Response section will be rewritten. (TGG) 4. Organization of the manual will be revised as follows: a. Review product groupings. (DTP) b. Flag the hazardous materials (DOT defines) in the data table section, and refer the reader to Hazardous material index. (DTP, TGG) c. Remove the toxicity and first aid information. Refer reader to MSDS. d. Review and evaluate best method to convey waste disposal information. (TGG) e. Add CAS number to product data in manual. (DTP) 5.
