Sanborn visited the Pierce Trucking, LLC oil and gas facility located near Hominy, Oklahoma on 01/14/2020 for an unannounced inspection. There were no representatives of Pierce Trucking, LLC present for the inspection. The inspection was conducted by authority of the Clean Water Act and the Safe Drinking Water Act to determine compliance with the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) regulations. FACILITY DESCRIPTION The facility is known as Hominy 1-C and is a commercial disposal injection well in downtown Hominy, Oklahoma. This inspection was initiated by a citizen complaint of a gas smell coming from near the tank battery area. Section II - OBSERVATIONS I observed no smells during the inspection. Section III - AREAS OF CONCERN EPA will follow up as needed. Section IV - FOLLOW UP EPA water enforcement will refer this site to EPA Region 6 Air Enforcement.
