MANUFACTURING INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Dry Cloth throughly by passing thru cell drier (35 - 40 psi steam,;
medium speed). If a roll loses more than 3/*#, re-dry through
j
cell drier.
!
2. Impregnate cloth with Paradura Solution by passing once through
!
Devine Machine. Lower temperature should be kept above a minimum i
200F.
3. Dry impregnated cloth by passing through cell drier (35 40 psi ,
steam, medium speed). Re-run 2 rolls through cell drier; if loss j
exceeds 1 lb. per roll on 2 roll sample, re-run balance of rolls Ini
lot.

4. Dry impregnated cloth in dry house for a minimum of 48 hours at 210F.
NOTE: Paradura pickup should be 10ft > 14% PLEASE RETURN to

Use a cool mill - (Below 42F.)
Break down enough compound (approx. 150 lbs.) to cover
center roll on calender with a 3/l6" coating.

Warm up approx. 150 lbs. of compound and drop in pan.
Warm up another 150 Lbs.

Start calendering
Continue to warm up rubber so that 15O lbs. of rubber is
on the calender and 150 lbs. is on the warm up mill.
