If a roll loses more than 3/*#, re-dry through j cell drier. ! 2. Impregnate cloth with Paradura Solution by passing once through ! Devine Machine. Lower temperature should be kept above a minimum i 200F. 3. Dry impregnated cloth by passing through cell drier (35 40 psi , steam, medium speed). Re-run 2 rolls through cell drier; if loss j exceeds 1 lb. per roll on 2 roll sample, re-run balance of rolls Ini lot. i 4. Dry impregnated cloth in dry house for a minimum of 48 hours at 210F. Break down enough compound (approx. 150 lbs.) to cover center roll on calender with a 3/l6" coating. :i Warm up approx. 150 lbs. of compound and drop in pan. Warm up another 150 Lbs. . Start calendering Continue to warm up rubber so that 15O lbs. of rubber is on the calender and 150 lbs. is on the warm up mill.
