Hupp, Sydney[hupp.sydney@epa.gov] Scott Smith Tue 8/8/2017 7:26:35 PM FW: Scott Smith Kentucky Administrator Visit Request
First, I would like to thank you and the Administrator for taking time to speak to the Commerce Lexington that visited DC earlier this summer. I have a group in Northern Kentucky that would appreciate the Administrator considering meeting with them certainly at his convenience. This is a group of builders, developers and elected officials in one of Kentucky's fastest growing communities. They would be soliciting the Administrator's advice and help in dealing with the Waters of the US and related Corps of Engineers issues.
I have attached a copy of the Speaker Request Form and a letter to Administrator Pruit.
Let me know if you have any questions. Brian Miller will be the primary contact for this event (see speaker form) but don't hesitate to contact me if you or the Administrator have any questions.
I hope you've had an enjoyable summer. I'll bet it's been nice to be in the Administrative Branch and not the Legislative Branch this summer.
Thanks for your consideration

I got your contact information from Christopher and John Home (General Counsel Ky. Energy & Environment Cabinet). I own an environmental and safety consulting company with offices in Lexington and Louisville, KY. I also serve on the environmental and public policy committees for Commerce Lexington and the Kentucky Chamber.
Commerce Lexington is planning a trip to DC in mid-July and is also working on identifying luncheon speakers for the remaining of 2017. Once I get firm dates, can I contact you to find out if the Administrator might be available to speak to Commerce Lexington members?
