For security screening purposes, attendees' names, including security detail, must be submitted to DOI by 5:00 pm EST on Wednesday, February 19. Please RSVP to Toni Vigil (tvigil@westgov.org) at WGA, who will compile attendee information and submit it to DOI. The breakfast will be held in the Secretary's office, which has limited space. Each WGA state and territory is permitted one staff to attend the breakfast. Each attending Governor and Cabinet member is permitted one staff member. If any state or territory would like additional staff to attend, it is likely they will be denied entry to the Secretary's office. DOI is planning to have an overflow room available for staff, but that space will not be physically connected to the Secretary's office, nor will audio or visuals of the meeting be available in the overflow room. Time 8:00 - 9:30 a.m. EST, Saturday, February 22, 2025 Purpose The meeting provides an opportunity for assembled Governors and Cabinet members to have an off-the-record, informal conversation on issues of mutual interest and seek opportunities for state-federal collaboration on shared priorities.
