Mr. Dunn's letter and my letter should be attached to our copy of the agreement as finally drafted to be held as a matter of record. I am also sending you a copy of the agreement with a change agreed upon in our conference of yesterday. I am very sorry to have to put Dr. Friedlander to the inconvenience of submitting a changed agreement to the Board of Directors of the University. However, I am sure he will understand. Therefore, I wish you would make six copies of this agreement as modified and take them over to him with the request that he substitute them for the copies which I delivered to him last Monday.
