Just to be clear, that's 7 people going on the tour, or coming in total? If 7 on the tour, we'd appreciate if you can ask Gov. Mead's office if they can keep the number of people going on the tour with the governor to a maximum of the Governor plus one staffer, so we don't have to transition over to a bus and lose accessibility to certain parts of the mine. It's much better if we can stick to SUVs so the group can visit more parts of the mine. Thanks! Additionally, we expect that the Administrator will have about 7 staff members accompanying him. I will provide their names and boot sizes as soon as possible. Please let me know if you need any additional information from us in the meantime. Thanks! Logan is going to be on hand to take pictures if you want to use ours, but if you want to take your own we do need to approve any before use. It would also be helpful for planning purposes to have an idea of how many staff (including security) the Administrator will be bringing on the actual tour so we can keep it to as close to 12 people for the whole delegation as possible. We'll make sure there's a room available for any staff that can't fit on the tour to hang out in. As you start to figure out the touring list, please let me know names and boot sizes, and names of people hanging back at the office so we make sure we have the appropriate amenities for everyone.
