TO: Leonard Schwab SUBJECT: Leadmen Safety Training Program A list of the leadmen scheduled to attend these training sessions is attached. These people are going to represent a substantial loss from the work force. We can expect to make up almost all the machinist losses and about half the boilermaker losses. Since we will be in the middle of a large P.E. shutdown with high fitter loads, we will be unable to make up any fitter losses with straight time people. In the case of fitters, these two days will have to be handled as "partial" holidays. The Coordinators can be helpful here in discouraging high-priority Jobs due on these dates. -- R. R.
