Copies covering the operations of their two types of plants were forwarded even though they are using competitive fluid and I amsure that copies are available in their Memphis Office as well as at each of their plants. He was advised as to our practice of instructing blending plant personnel, reviewing operations and Medical Regulations annually and quarterly inspections.
