Dear Dr. Dorr:
I am enclosing herewith report on re
examination of Mr
together with
my fee bill.
I have no further comment to make except to point out that the X-Ray examination which I requested at this time might better have been done at the original examination. I know of nothing more difficult in a diagnostic way than one of these elimination diag noses . They always leave one with a feeling of dis satisfaction* I therefore felt that in justice to Mr. Hoevenaar we should entirely eliminate the possibility of some serious progressive disease, even though there was nothing in the physical findings to suggest such a condition. I feel much hatter satisfied with the result of our examination, and I feel that there is little question that this man has suffered from occu pational causes. I believe he will show a steady Improvement and will be able to return to his work without permanent disability.
Very truly yours,
RAKsIS

Dear Mr
Having gotten the reports on your X-ray
examinations, I find that nothing abnormal was
found. This is what I expected and this leaves
me convinced that you must have something done
about your teeth. On this account I called up
a friend of mine this morning, Dr. Harry Mathis
whose address is 6001 Madison Road, Madisonville,
and arranged for you to see him at or a little
before eleven o 1clock Monday morning. I have
asked the Industrial Commission for permission
to have this work done at their expense. They
may or may not grant 2 jy request but in any case
Dr. Mathis and I want to take care of you, and
I urge you, therefore, to not fail to meet this
appointment.
.
Sincerely yours,
