We agreed to the following: 1. Dow supports an update to the original study and will sign a commitment form to CMA pledging financial support (estimated at ~50M spread over 1994/1995). Jonathon Ramlow of Dow will succeed G. Bond as chairman of the CM/ Vinyl Chloride Research Coordinators group. He will communicate progress to the group above on a periodic basis. 2. Dow will participate, but not chair a task group that will consider additional toxicology/human health research on VCM/PVC. Jean Domoradzki, Bill Hayes and Jonathon Ramlow will coordinate Dow's participation with J an likel taking the lead.
