Dear-Bob, I presume you have seen the Tank Talk" booklet issued by DuPont which depicts the various operations involved in cleaning tanks which have contained leaded Gasoline. We are surprised that the men shown handling sludge outside the tank on pages 6, 7, 13, 33 and 34 are not wearing canister masks. As you know, the regulations we issue*specify that these masks must be worn by all men engaged in the handling and disposal of the sludge outside the tank Has there been any change in your views in this respect in the light of experience in the United States or elsewhere? on this sWuebjwecotu.ld appreciate a general directive from you With kindest regards, Yours sincerely, /klU,w.. -'iA,' c. i rr' i Gso-ai LL.
