BE: NPC v. Monsanto at al. Dear Debra:
Here is the information I was able to gather this morning relative to G.E. Interrogatories 10 and 11.
Response to interrogatory Mo 101 in the standards Dept* the Nevada Power employees were Raul Fernandez, Bill Lesher, Evan Emmett and Dick Resketh. During Raul Fernandez tenure Nevada Power began to specify non-PCB equipment. Also the following personnel from the Engineering Department spoke with various G.E. sales reps: Dan Dawson, Keith Grant and C*L. Ryan.
Response to interrogatory k o . 11: see response to Interrogatory No. 10 above.
Of the men named in the interrogatories above only X. Grant, C, Ryan and Evan Emmett are still living. None are currently employees of NPC.
I have read the remaining Interrogatories and cannot assist you answering them as I do not have any knowledge or information that would assist you.
Sincerely,
Susan E. Fogleboch, CIA Certified Legal Assistant (702) 367-5632
