Current plan would have him fly into Minneapolis the night before (27th) and drive to Emmetsburg that night as well...so he'd be ready to start meetings as early as needed the next morning. For planning purposes, I think we should plan on 5-6 hours of meetings/plant tours, so that he can be back on the road in time to catch a flight from Minneapolis to Las Vegas that night. (We don't know which flight yet...we'll be in touch to confirm when we know). It's possible one or more additional EPA staff - either from our transportation office, or our region 7 office in Kansas City -w ill join Bill. I'm heading out on vacation after today. Emily (cc'd) can be a pt of contact while I'm out. While we're confirming flights/attendees on our end, can we look to you to provide a draft agenda for the day?
