Dear Ms. Horst, Gilrnan Insulation Co., Inc. submits a price of $23,500.00 to perform the above referenced project. This bid is based on, but not limited, the following considerations: * All layers of roofing material and roof flashing will be disposed of as asbestos containing material (ACM). * Union Carbide will provide double lined "Gaylord" boxes for disposal of ACM as well as transportation of boxes to the disposal site. * Personnel air monitoring will be performed by Gilman. * Area air monitoring will be performed by Union Carbide. * Potable water and electricity will be provided by Union Carbide. * Time of completion is estimated at 8 to 12 work days based on a work week of 4 each 10 hour days. * Decontamination facilities, abatement equipment, and tools required will be provided by Gilman. * Abatement procedures will be based on "non-friable" considerations.
