Company Ownership: WVR, under the previous name of Quasar Resources, purchased the facility from SG Solutions in May 2016. Process Description: The facility has not been operated since April 2016. WVR is currently converting the plant to produce ammonia. WVR will retain the existing equipment for coal preparation, particulate matter and acid gas removal, sulfur recovery plant and tail gas incinerator. WVR will add equipment for carbon dioxide removal and ammonia synthesis. WVR will also retain a natural gas-fired boiler that is subject to the Standards of Performance for Industrial-Commercial-Institutional Steam Generating Units codified in 40 C.F.R.
