Ryan I am not a member. Apparently the membership rules do not allow membership to be extended to in house lawyers. A couple of members (I know many of them) have said they have raised the issue and used me as a reference. I would think a number of their members would sign on to a letter of support.
Have you received copies of the paperwork that I submitted earlier this week?
I just finished my FBI interview.
Regards, Peter

Ryan:
Attached is an example of what I hope the ABA Environmental leadership could provide. It was prepared on behalf of Sylvia Quast with respect to the Assistant Attorney General.
Alex Dunn, was Chair of the Section at the time. I spoke with Alex to congratulate her and she told me she guessed about my nomination. She thought the American College of Environmental Lawyers might send a similar letter.

I have my publications and presentations just about ready to send to you. In addition, I have prepared a background on the Tittabawassee River, the controversy and the resolution, that will be accompanied with key correspondence between Dow and EPA (Susan was involved).
I am working on a summary of my pre-Dow career.
The FBI is at Dow this morning interviewing my colleagues. Regards,
