Inspector observed Lester well service run in hole and tag the top of cement on the bottom plug at 800 feet below the surface, this plug was set and observed by EPA on
7/15/2024. From 800 feet, Lester well service circulated 70 sacks of cement to the
surface. Inspector observed cement standing at the surface with no fall back.
