I looked through the EPA's hazardous waste information and I could not find anything pertaining to hazardous waste regulation for poultry plants. Is organic waste produced by a poultry plant considered hazardous? Attorneys contend that excess nitrogen is polluting private wells because high levels of nitrates have been recorded.
