I then had. the boys at Colchester take an additional sample from the smaller, or negative tank, and send same to you for further verification of Chicago's findings, and we now await your report in connection with same, and I presume report will be made direct to Colchester. In the mean time we, are up against the proposition of finding another tank to re place the one showing positive, and have located two tanks here in the St. Louis District, both claiming to have nothing but a fuel oil record back, of them, be are not content with this however,: and' have therefore mailed to you two bottle samples taken from, the contents of these two tanks.
