In preparation for the meeting, I drafted a few thoughts for your review and consideration. I am also attaching a proposed action plan for developing our stakeholder managemenVengagement strategy. While we are still reviewing the project as a whole, I think that it is critical that we are prepared with a plan (even if we do end up reassessing our participation in the project). My thought is that we have a few key folks develop a strawman for review and consideration by the Steering Team. Once approved/edited, we can share with other internal folks who will have an interest e.g. OP, E&P, etc. Let me know what you think - hope it is helpful.
