Dr. R. A. Kehoe, College of Medicine, Eden Avenue, Cincinnati, Ohio. Dear Dr. Kehoe:
Thanks for your letter of October 3th enclosing copy of letter to John Schaefer with regard to sending out rules and regulations with mixing installations. He will, of course, be governed accordingly, but we may receive an order for shipment of a drummixing installation either to domestic points or to a foreign country not under Ray Bevan's jurisdic tion (such as South America, for example) at any time. If we do, we will not send any of the old rules and regulations along with th mixing installation but will make arrangements to see that the consignee understands he is to receive same later. However, I think it rather important to get the revised rules in printed form as soon as possible so as to avoid as much con fusion as we can, and 1 amsure that you also appreciate this point.
Very truly yours,
C:H
