The 5027 Flat White does not contain any lead pigment or driers. He currently uses Varsol and claims he can't find an exempt version. The 5028 Semi-Gloss White currently has 0.47. lead and he doesn't seem to know how to get it down to the 0.06% level - solvent is exempt. He is going to return the FDA Guaranty to Mr. Patton. - NOTE - Chicago will have to be notified that they can't sell Y-5028. We'll have to keep on Ocean's back until they conform with the Y-5028 or else we drop the product by January 1974. It appears we are in good shape on alL buy-out concerning lead (except 5028 for 1974). Please feed this information into your next report. GLD012 464
