Governor Ricketts received the attached letter from Administrator Pruitt requesting that we reach out to you to schedule a conference call to discuss a testing exemption for the use of mid-level ethanol blends. We would plan to have on the call myself, Todd Sneller (NE Ethanol Board), Hunter Roberts (Advisor to SD Gov. Daugaard), and Larry Pearce (Governors' Biofuels Coalition). Todd and Hunter have both worked on similar ethanol testing projects in Nebraska and South Dakota.
