Albert Kelly Senior Advisor to the Administrator Environmental Protection Agency Dear Kel, Thanks very much for taking the time with Patrick and Nick to hear our story about Verizon in Hicksville. From the beginning, any and all pollution was created at the behest of the United States Government, and while Verizon has picked up the tab for much of the cleanup, it is high time that the government resumes its responsibility and takes over the project in full. DOJ and the Corps are in favor of the resolution that we presented. It's our strong hope that the EPA will agree. Thank you again for your time. Sincerely, Bob Livingston Sierra Club v.
