THB LBAD IKDP8TRIBS ASSOCIATION Dpor the enactment of tha national Industrial Recovery Act, it ie expected that our industries may be invited to cooperate with the Federal Government. In that event, the Lead Industries Association, embracing as it does both producers and consumers of lead, will probably become voluntarily organised into divisions or committees, representing each lead Industry and which will provide every unit with ample latitude to work out its best method of cooperation. We are planning to act for all those Industries heavily represented in our Association, namely,lead mining, smelting, refining, also white lead, red lead, litharge, pipe, sheet, solder and lead alloy manufacture and others, in complying with the provisions of the Rational Industrial Recovery Act. The Load Industries Association is the logical agency to act for the numerous branches of the lead industries, and through It our closely allied industries can ga^Ln the strength which cooes from ths combined efforts of all. A meeting of your Board is being held on Thursday. June 15th, and you will be kept promptly and fully advised of-any official action taken by your Association and how it la planned to represent your interests in any machinery established to co operate with the Government.
