Executive Committee approval to pay this assessment is requested. Please note that the rate for 1970 is .09 cents per ton as compared to .05 cents per ton for 1969. On the basis of the .09 cents rate the annual assessment will be, approximately, $32,000., whereas, on December l6, 1969, the Executive Committee approved a membership assessment of only $25,000.
