Industry's role in furthering progress in environmental and occupational health programs through IHF has been important in the past but will be vital to future progress, which will depend increasingly upon enlightened management of our nation's re sources. Thus, IHF's efforts merit genuine support of all those interested in health conservation, whether in industry, government, labor or academic institutions. The Foundation's Board of Trustees enthusiastically support the pro grams which the Managing Director, Dr. Robert T. P. deTreville, and his staff and advisors are developing. A review of these programs is given in the 1967 Annual Report in an effort to keep the Membership informed and to interest pro spective members in the work of the Foundation.
