Attached is the final settlement agreement, executed by me on behalf of NTEU 280. I'm also attaching a Word version showing very minor typo-type corrections and a "clean" version. I used the clean version to generate the PDF. The PDF is unlocked so that others can sign digitally, if desired. If there are any problems, please let me know.
I've copied Jezebele on this email so that she can sign as well. If we're signing in counterpart, please transmit the other signatures when you have them, otherwise we'll just look for the final document fully executed when it's done.
With respect to bringing her back on, I doubt the agency will be able to make this happen by Monday. As a result, I've discussed possible return dates with Jezebele. I know HR likes to work on full pay periods, so she's prepared to come back on either Monday, October 2 or Monday, October 16. Please let her know as soon as possible what the planned return date and please copy me.
Thank you for working with us on this. This is a good result for the agency and Jezebele and is an excellent example of how the unions and management can work together to achieve results.
