I have little doubt, therefore, that the man of whom she speaks is a thoroughly good and honest person. His technical competence is quite another matter. I have no idea as to the manner or the degree to which this invention accomplishes the function for which it has been designed. I am properly skeptical, but knowing my own limitations, I think it best to bring this to your attention, for such further action, if any, which you and your associates think advisable.
