Cancan, would cover the Faint Division's advertising expenditures for the sight*soath period coaotacing HovetftMr 1, 1950 and ending June 30, 1951* She baste schedule, hs pointed out, was directed principally at national advertising la such cagaslnss as "Ufa", "Saturday Evening Post", ``Better Boots and Gardens", "Sunset", "Country Gentleaen*1, "Good Housefaeeplog* and "Progressive feraer". The Chatman requested that the Directors or the Executive Cooolttee be
given an opportunity to discuss the Company's advertising program with its ad
vertising personnel at least once a year. Be stressed the Importance of asking
certain that the eooey which the Company spent for advertising purposes be directed
toward media which would achieve the best results*

sideration and upon notion duly made and seconded were unanlaously approved by

The Chalra&n suggested that on future occasions the Cooaittee invite Mr. 0. n. Mutersb&ugh to attend oeetlngs at vhlch the purchase of plant equipment
for the Paint Division vas discussed. Ur. Duncan agreed to have Kr. Kutersbaugh
present whenever possible on these occasions. There being no further business to come before the Cozs<tee, the meet
ing vos upon motion duly made, seconded and un&nlaously carried, adjourned.
