A few comments: CIIT CIIT charges to aromatics for 2001 and 2002 are 72K but 2002 is our last year. Thus take 72K off of 2003. I guess you did not put 72K in the 2001 column because this is not an 'additional' expense. Benzene HPV I am assuming the 18K carne from the Olefins Panel HPV. I think 18K for 2002 and 2003 is correct. Benzene Shanghi: Your guess is as good as mine but I think this is how I would guess it to be. Benzene VCCEP: Total Tox program should not exceed $ 2 MM but I suppose putting $ 3 [vlM down would account for contigency. I need to look at my notes regarding Bill Rawson's timing projections. This is what I was trying to get from him before the call actually started. I recall he thought we might not start Tier 2 until 2003 so I think you have the beginning right but I am not sure about the $ 60 K per year estimate. It sounds about right but I guess it depends on the number of partners. I will be in tomorrow and working with Alicia in the morning to draft the tox budget.
