D. Gamblin on December 5, 1973. The study was broken into individual work history forms for each of three type of workers. Form A covering workers known to be alive. Form B covering workers known to be deceased and Form C covering workers whose vital status is unknown. In each category estimated VCM exposures in the following ranges where to be estimated, ,50 ppm, 50-199 ppm, 200-500 ppm,^>500 ppm. Recent review of these forms was made as requested in your note and attachment of May 8, 1975 in an attempt to further refine the numbers given in the 1973 submittal.
