- Chairman. Chief Chemist - Chief Metallurgist - Carbon Plant Supt. - Safety Engineer - Power Manager - As St- Works Manager
Mr. Semken has been chairman of this coromitte^ since its

organization in the early days of plant operation. We believe
with his
overall responsibility for in-plant and out-plant checking, it is still desirable
for him to continue as chairman. The Chief Metallurgist is responsible for
the proper operation of equipment.
The committee is scheduled to meet quarterly or at any other time
