Our laboratory investigations included physical quality control properties, infra-red analysis, SAE J661 friction tests and FAST friction tests. These tests were run on samples received from Delco-Moraine Division of General Motors. Ho significant differences were found for either the primary lining or the secondary lining between 1977 and 1979 produced materials.
