This type of exchange would provide outside evaluations for a reasonable cost. The inspection would last four days. The only external activity would be a dinner meeting the evening before the inspection to acquaint the inspectors with the plant's safety program and performance. An inspection booklet would be prepared and sent to the inspectors prior to the inspection to help acquaint them with the plant.
