The information provided herein includes a generalized Telomer process schematic and description as well as a copy of Eric Kissa's book on "Fluorinated Surfactants and Repellents", 2nd Edition, 2001. This submission does not include CBI information. As an additional cross-reference, this submission meets the commitment to provide this information to the Agency as described in Appendix 5, page 15, March 2003, Item 3., "TRP Commitment Summary" of the Letter of Intent, which describes the specific timeline for submission of information to the Agency.
