Please negotiate a contract with the General Services Administration for 3000 tons of OX Fiber; 1500 tons from the Baton Rouge, Louisiana stockpile for our Owentovn, Texas plant and 1500 tons from the Summerville, Hew Jersey Stockpile for our Port Allegany, Pennsylvania plant. The maximum which we will pay at this time for this material is $166.00 per ton P.O.B. stockpile. We will guarantee to remove this material from the government stockpile within one year (12 months) from the date of contrsct signing. Due to the situation which exists at the mines regarding Amosite Fiber, it is imperative that whatever can be worked out be accomplished within the' shortest time span possible.
