Dear Hypoxia Task Force,
On behalf of Dave Ross, Hypoxia Task Force Federal Co-Chair and EPA Assistant Administrator for Water, I am pleased to inform you that we have just posted the first Report on Nonpoint Source Progress in Hypoxia Task Force States to the Hypoxia Task Force Website. Katie Flahive will soon send an announcement to the Hypoxia Task Force partners and interested parties and the EPA Office of Water will soon announce release of the report in a bulletin that is distributed to a large list of partners and stakeholders of OW.
