However, the facility does not currently and has not ever operated a Wood Board Manufacturing Plant at this location. Regulations Central to Inspection: The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources issued Synthetic minor, non-Part 70 Operation Permit Number 618063050-Fl Oto Wood Ecology on May 2, 2016. Process Description: Wood Ecology, a Division ofMenards Inc., collects wood scraps including packaging spacers, broken pallets, sorts out treated wood, shreds the scraps, and uses them as the fuel for two wood-fired water heaters that are used for space heating at the Menards headquarters. The water heaters operate from October to April each fall/winter. Fleet Division, also a Menards subsidiary, operates two painting booths for doors, metal rack frames, and semi-trailers and three coating lines for wood pieces. RECORDS REVIEW The inspector reviewed examples of the following records: Pressure drop data from the multiclones on each wood-fired water heater for the 2018/2019 heating season; and Pressure drop data from the air filters on the paint booths from 2018 and 2019.
